Our Process

It starts with a conversation. Tell us about your production — the script, the mood, the practical requirements. We'll pull together a shortlist of properties and schedule guided tours. During each visit, we'll walk through the space from a production perspective: where do you set up craft? Where do trucks park? What's the power situation? Is the neighbor situation manageable?
